You’ve probably been brought to this page via our collar tags that you received on our bottle after you bought it (or you stole it 😉 Either way enjoy your mayonnaise and go pick up another bottle of Mazur Farms Organic Canola oil at Quality Greens, Askews or Nesters in the Okanagan – Everywhere else very, very soon. You don’t have to be as good of a chef as Chef Andrea to make it. As a matter of fact, you can be as terrible at cooking as Matt Mazur and still make this easy recipe. It’s a zesty mayonnaise that will spice up your sandwiches or be a great dipping sauce for your sweet potato fries. (see video below)
- 500 mL Mazur Farms Organic Canola Oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- water for desired consistency
instructions: mix egg yolks & lemon juice with salt and pepper. add oil slowly to ensure an emulsified smooth mayonnaise. add water to desired consistency. taste. enjoy.
