Prawn Taco Recipe! Ps. It has mezcal :)

You don’t have to be from Mexico City, like Izzy, to make these fiery tacos! As a matter of fact, you can be as terrible at cooking as Matt Mazur and still make this easy recipe.   • 3 tbsp Mazur Farms Organic Canola Oil
  • 18 prawns
  • peeled & cleaned 1 white onion / julienned
  • 3 garlic cloves / chopped
  • 1/8 pineapple / diced
  • 2 tsp chipotle chunks
  • 1 poblano pepper / julienned
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • garnish: salsa, pineapple & cilantro

instructions: heat oil in non stick pan. add all ingredients except pineapple, prawns & cilantro.  sauté until onions are soft.  add prawns.  sauté until cooked through. toss in diced pineapple & chopped cilantro. serve on warm, soft tortilla with your favourite salsa. taste. enjoy
